Membership Rules, Terms, Restrictions

-3 month sign up minimum commitment, no sign up fee
-Memberships are for Full Body Spray Tans & allotted tans can be applied to the other service options of lesser value and will count as one of your tans for that cycle
-Credit or Debit card must remain on file to be charged monthly, consent form needs to be signed
-Package starts day you sign up and will be automatically billed each month on sign up date from card on file until cancellation form received
-Cancel anytime after 3 month minimum commitment has been met
-Cancellation form must be filled out and signed, dated 5 days prior to your bill date to not be processed by bank
-No refunds will be given
-Unlimited package members are allowed up to 5 full body spray tans & unlimited face sprays per billing cycle month. This is in place to guarantee a even flawless tan every session. Layering spray tan on top of old spray tan is not advised. My results are important and I want you to look your best
-Unused tans will drop off or can be gifted to be used in that billing cycle, unlimited membership see gifting restrictions below. Mobile tans members if you gift unused tans, the gifted tan can only be redeemed in studio with same gifting restrictions stated below
-Gifting terms/restrictions are, any tans you will not use in your month can be gifted to another. I must receive permission from the membership holder via verbal phone call stating _____ is authorized a one time use of a tan.
(ex. 3 tan/month membership - you tan 2x last tan can be gifted and that’s noted on account-no additional tan left, additional can be purchased)
(ex. Unlimited membership you use 2 tans you can gift up to 2 but no more, you still have 1 more for yourself. If you’ve used 3 tans in month you can gift 1 tan, other is reserved only for you
-Free upgrades for unlimited members do not carry over each month
-Membership tans will not count towards my loyalty program, as you are receiving discounted services
-Free tans you earn from my referral program will be saved and banked to use after membership is cancelled or as additional tans once your allotted monthly tans are used up
-Bring a friend discount will apply to any friend brought with even if you have membership
