Membership Rules, Terms, Restrictions
-3 month sign up minimum commitment, no sign up fee
-Memberships are for Full Body Spray Tans & allotted tans can be applied to the other service options of lesser value and will count as one of your tans for that cycle.
-Credit or Debit card must remain on file to be charged monthly, consent form needs to be signed.
-Package starts day you sign up and will be automatically billed each month on sign up date from the card on file until cancellation notice received.
-Cancel anytime after 3 month minimum commitment has been met
-Cancellation notice must be given 24hrs prior to your bill date to not be processed by the bank.
-No refunds will be given.
-Unused tans will drop off, they do not roll over
-Free tans you earn from my referral program will be saved and banked to use after membership is cancelled or as additional tans once your allotted monthly tans are used up.
