Membership Rules, Terms, Restrictions

-3 month sign up minimum commitment, no sign up fee
-Memberships are for Full Body Spray Tans & allotted tans can be applied to the other service options of lesser value and will count as one of your tans for that cycle.
-Credit or Debit card must remain on file to be charged monthly, consent form needs to be signed.
-Package starts day you sign up and will be automatically billed each month on sign up date from card on file until cancellation form received.
-Cancel anytime after 3 month minimum commitment has been met
-Cancellation form must be filled out and signed, dated 5 days prior to your bill date to not be processed by bank.
-No refunds will be given.
-Unused tans will drop off or can be gifted to be used in that billing cycle. The gifted tan can only be redeemed in studio with same gifting restrictions stated below.
-Gifting terms/restrictions are, one of your tans that you will not use in your month can be gifted to another. I must receive permission from the membership holder stating _____ is authorized a one time use of a tan.

-Free tans you earn from my referral program will be saved and banked to use after membership is cancelled or as additional tans once your allotted monthly tans are used up.
